How Do I Get Government Discounts?
You can easily take advantage of discounts by faxing or emailing the following documentation:

(1) Buyer contact information

(2) Statement of Credit References, including:

Company name, address, phone, fax
Tax Identification Number
Bank reference
A minimum of 3 trade references

- AND/OR -

(2) W-9 showing status of 'Government Entity' and Tax Identification Number

Fax to (866) 626-5832 or email to cs@slaterocksafety.com. Feel free to call us at 866-783-7977 ext. 1 to confirm receipt or give us a heads up. There is about a 2-3 minute delay for receipt in most cases.

Please note: this DOES NOT set up your institution to purchase on a line of credit. This allows us to identify your company as a government entity, and permit access to discounted pricing for government entities only.

Begin Your Discounted Shopping in 60 Minutes or Less.
During normal business hours, we will contact you within sixty (60) minutes via email with a link to log in, user name (your email) and password. Logging in to the system with this information will automatically apply the government discounts to all products. You can then proceed to order at the discounted prices. After the one-time set-up, use this log in and password every time to get great government pricing.

I Already Have an Account.
All existing government accounts must be switched to receive discounts. If you have an existing account, please give us a call at 866-783-7977 ext. 1, during our normal business hours: 8-5pm EST, Monday through Friday, and we'll change your account to enable the special pricing.
